Saudi Arabia Has Declared Bitcoin Trading Illegal

Cryptocurrency trading is illegal in Saudi Arabia, according to a recent statement by a government committee of Saudi Arabian regulators, foreign media reported. Since cryptocurrency traders are not subject to government regulation, which would likely expose them to some negative impact and high risk, the committee said, they warned against using the currency in trading. The commission did not specify the possible negative consequences in its statement
